Paperwork reduction, a solution that was easy on the pocket, branch-wise user-based complete report, easy pull-out data - these were some of the many vital solutions that the client wanted us to help them with. 
Even though the client had an existing software that used to help them with all this, they were still not very thrilled about it since it was too expensive and not everybody could avail all the data in their existing application.

Our Approach

For a business where approvals are mandatory and cannot be passed, the process can definitely made more easier and faster, reducing waiting time, immediate notifications if an item has been rejected by one group and quicker re-submissions for the same.

While we automated and simplified the approval system, we also allowed internal feedback system where one could comment on the proposed item, giving their experience with that item or the vendor. We also helped with maintaining vendor details, in order to purchase the best of equipment from certain sellers.

We helped the clinic with one single dashboard that was equipped with patient details - brach-wise and treatment/department-wise, their complete history since their first association with the clinic and easy pull-out case sheets.
The clinic now has a dashboard that can be used by all the employees who deal with front desk of each department to quickly categorize, manage and improve patient records, history and appointments.

An NGO that has around 3000 volunteers making a difference in their ways - little or big across India. To streamline and manage the whole registration and volunteering process, MAD had approached us for a solution

Our Approach

As soon as we received the brief, we knew that we were going to make one single platform that will take care of - volunteer-seeking campaigns, gathering leads, sorting them, reaching out to the leads, evaluating them, filtering them, picking the best of volunteers, involving them in various activities which are project-level and geo-level and together, making a change in the society.
This gave birth to the Recruitment & Volunteer Management application dashboard. From then on, recruiting, volunteering and managing the entire show was a piece of cake.

This culinary school conducting cooking class had one thing to worry about - how will they manage to stock ingredients weekly, based on the number of students attending each class, menus used, quantity applicable for each ingredient and reminders to help this all of this.
They wanted one single platform that would help them with their cooking class, manage stocking, enable reminders and help them organize the perfect cooking class every week.

Our Approach

When we received the brief, the first thing that we did was understand that inventory has to be managed, purchase order has to be automated and frequent vendor orders in the form of reminders needs to be sent to the client via email.
In one single platform, we brought in all the stock data, vendor reminders and automated orders together.

The client had too many excel sheets, too much data, and too many numbers for everybody to see.
Their team consisted of many levels of executives right from somebody who'd spot a land, somebody who'd go investigate this piece of land, somebody who'd okay it, somebody who'd pick up its documents and so on.
While this process was maintained on excel, lot of other statistics, values and approvals also went on the same sheet.

Automating inventory and managing petty cash was why they signed up with us. Siemens's construction wing is just like any other real estate business - it consists of multiple warehouses and sub-warehouses that stores materials and approvals and requests to attain them. Petty cash was also a significant concern that was to be brought under control and notice.

We created one single dashboard where an overview data would be available for certain people in the company, a little more detailed data available for a few senior managers and the complete A-Z data for the CEO, Founder etc.
While this sort of layered, secured data helped the company in showing right info to the right people, we also brought about Google Map Intergration, to help in sending the right executives to the land spotted for faster acquiring.
A detailed report of the dashboard read statistics, project management, employee rewards and performance. While the client was very happy with all these features in built in one single dashboard, we added one more feature - maintaining payroll on this instead of yet another excel sheet.

While the coach wanted a single platform to fix practice matches and send out invites to the players and reminders to the support teams, the manager wanted to have each player's expenses right from stay to travel on the same platform. Everything from the practice match sessions to the minute equipment expenditure is to be tracked in the app.

Our Approach

We built one single application for internal purpose that will help the coach set events and reminders, mangers track the players' expenses and the team have meaningful conversations under one roof rather than multiple WhatsApp groups. The app tracked practice matches, equipment purchases, and helped the team stay aware and alert on the budgets and expenses.

Vidya Mandir School

The school with over 1500 students, being able to automatically come up with complete student-wise data with just entering his/her name was the idea behind this request. 

Our Approach

We knew this was going to be a lot of hard work, automation and information feeding that has to be done for every single student in the school. We build a single platform that, when given a student's name, will be able to come up with - his/her date of joining, attendance, term-wise grades, club activities, allergies, library habits, emergency contacts, certificated he/she has submitted/yet to submit and many more important details. The application also helped the admin department of the school to renew AMCs, school transport management, expenditures etc. The Principal and the Vice Principals can have a quick dashboard-level info of every student to check his academic performance, attendance and other specific details including important CBSE updates, holidays etc.
