In addition to these Terms, you shall not:

•  Transfer the Bulk Approve Extension or otherwise make it available to any third party;
•  Provide any service based on the Bulk Approve Extension without prior written permission;
•  Allow user licenses to be shared or used by more than one individual other than by way of reassigning the user license to a new user;
• Except as permitted under applicable law, attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile the Bulk Approve Extension;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bulk Approve Extension or its related systems or network; use the Bulk Approve Extension in any manner that causes unnecessary or excessive load, or otherwise could damage, disable, overburden, impair or harm any server, network, computer system, resource of Zappyworks or any third-party.
  
• Use the Bulk Approve Extension in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity, security or performance of the Bulk Approve Extension, its components and the data contained therein;
  
• Create a false identity to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication; 
  
• Host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that belongs to another person or entity and to which you do not have any right, including personal or confidential information of any person or entity with respect to which you do not have consent or permission from such person or entity;
  
• Use the Bulk Approve Extension for transmitting information that is false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;
  
• Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
  
• Use the Bulk Approve Extension for any form of competitive or benchmarking purposes; and
  
• Remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in the Bulk Approve Extension.
  

Personal information you provide to Zappyworks through the Service is governed by Zappyworks Privacy Policy . Your election to use the Bulk Approve Extension indicates your acceptance of the terms of the Zappyworks Privacy Policy.

The Bulk Approve Extension may include certain communications from Zappyworks, such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters. You understand that these communications shall be considered part of using the Bulk Approve Extension. As part of our policy to provide you total privacy, we also provide you the option of opting out from receiving newsletters from us. However, you will not be able to opt-out from receiving service announcements and administrative messages.

You agree not to display or use, in any manner, the Zappyworks logo, without Zappywork's prior permission.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF BULK APPROVE EXTENSION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BULK APPROVE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS-AND-AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. ZAPPYWORKS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ZAPPYWORKS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE. USE OF ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, MOBILE TELEPHONE, WIRELESS DEVICE OR DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM ZAPPYWORKS, ITS EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.

YOU AGREE THAT ZAPPYWORKS SHALL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE BULK APPROVE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ZAPPYWORKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zappyworks, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claim related  to  your use of the Bulk Approve Extension, except where such use is authorized by Zappyworks.

You agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms shall be settled and adjudicated exclusively by the courts of Chennai in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.

Zappyworks may suspend or terminate your access to the Bulk Approve Extension in the event of breach of these Terms or the terms applicable to Zoho CRM by you and your failure to cure such breach upon thirty days’ notice. Zappyworks also reserves the right to discontinue the Bulk Approve Extension, without prior notice.

Zappyworks may prescribe usage limits, including limits on the number of calls, number of records per call, bandwidth usage and frequency of calls based  your Zoho CRM Subscription. You are required to adhere to the usage limits prescribed by Zappyworks in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that Zappyworks may restrict an activity if you reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity and that an API call may either fail or be partially executed if the usage limits are reached before or during an API call.

Zappyworks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are expected to review this page, from time to time, to stay updated with the changes.  Your continued use of the Bulk Approve Extension after the publication of the change to these Terms will be deemed to be your acceptance to the modified Terms.
